With no outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls, you can focus on what matters most - delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Utilizing our systems and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting performance standards.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong telephone skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A background and drug screen clearance (required).

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of call center experience.
