Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.
• Take inbound calls, providing clear, concise, and empathetic responses to members' questions and concerns.
• Offer solutions and support to help members navigate their health care options, ensuring they understand their coverage and benefits.
• Utilize your skills and knowledge to provide personalized support, simplifying the health care experience for our members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications:
