A Typical Day in arenaflex Support

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing responsive and relentless support to arenaflex customers via phone, live chat, or email
• Assisting customers with training and how-to questions on system usage, utilizing screen-shares, phone calls, discussion, and chat tools
• Troubleshooting system issues and escalating to the development team for fixes, with clear steps on how to recreate the issue
• Confirming issues have been fixed and communicating back to the customer accordingly
• Triage submitted requests and fully documenting and understanding the request to prepare it for the next steps
• Working with customers to learn about change requests they wish to have within the system
• Assisting with documentation fact-finding for arenaflex to minimize the effort required for customers to use the system

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

• Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications, including Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, and Gmail/Outlook
• Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• Experience in business practices such as CRM, HR, Project Management, Accounting, etc.
