Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our clients and providing top-notch care for our animal guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Main lobby operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest visits, and tours, all while maintaining a warm, welcoming smile
- Answering and handling calls in a professional, courteous manner to ensure seamless communication with our clients
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a safe, healthy environment for all
- Following specific instructions to provide 5-star service to our furry friends, including feeding, care, well-being, comfort, and overall happiness
- Scheduling, file maintenance, and data entry to support the smooth operation of our business
- Working in both customer service and animal care capacities to provide comprehensive support to our clients and guests
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure our clients receive the support they need, when they need it
- Taking photos to share on our social media channels and showcase the amazing work we do at arenaflex
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A genuine love of animals and a passion for delivering exceptional care and service
- A professional manner and demeanor, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our business
- The ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more, with the stamina to stand and walk for eight hours a day
- Comfort and confidence working with dogs on leashes, as well as in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander, and excretions
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work with our computer system to support scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
