**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
* Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
* Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.
* Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to our company's safety protocols and procedures.
* Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
**Position Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
* **Experience:** Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred. You'll have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* **Physical Requirements:** You'll need to be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height. You'll also need to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* **Availability:** You'll need to be available to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
