As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting customers online, in person, and over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and it's your job to make sure they feel welcome, supported, and valued. You will work with our team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals, and you will be expected to provide accurate and timely assistance to our customers. We're looking for talented and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in phone customer service, we want to hear from you. You should be dedicated to helping others, and have experience in a service-related field, with cash handling experience preferred. You must be willing to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged, and you must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to a variety of locations to meet staffing demands.
