We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates at our blithequark Locker+ retail locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring seamless package delivery and returns, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
We offer flexible scheduling options, with part-time shifts available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week. You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
