Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

- Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that we provide 24/7 support to our customers
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A High School or equivalent diploma, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
- Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of providing excellent support to customers
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency, using your organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand, with a strong understanding of brand values and customer expectations
