As a Customer Service Loyalty Champion II at blithequark, you'll be responsible for resolving customer needs and preventing churn, emphasizing proactive measures in your day-to-day activities. You'll handle and resolve escalated customer concerns, turn every contact into a sale or save opportunity, and provide an exceptional experience by listening for signs of churn during conversations. You'll also grow the business by completing a full end-to-end account analysis, execute targeted loyalty and retention strategies, and serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for your customers throughout every contact.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's Degree or one or more years of customer service experience, as well as one or more years of sales experience. You should also have experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A. A strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals is also essential.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to navigate complex systems and utilize available tools and resources to be self-sufficient. Strong business acumen and the ability to make informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with cost-effectiveness are also essential.
