**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Sales professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs, and providing expert guidance to help them find the perfect solution for their projects
* Learning about products and services using our tools and providing information to customers to sell an entire project
* Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department, and knowing how to handle basics in adjacent departments
* Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions to your Manager on Duty
* Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments
* Participating in sales and customer service initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
