Job Overview: Customer Service and Data Entry Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Data Entry Professional to join our team in SOLDOTNA, USA. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, managing data entry tasks, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of our store. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $30/Hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience:
  • Engage with customers and patients through warm greetings and proactive assistance with products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a unique and beautiful patron experience.
• Operations:
  • Provide customers with courteous, pleasant, speedy, and efficient service.
  • Recommend products for sale, trade-up, and/or accompanying items to customers.
  • Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as required.
  • Maintain counters and shelves smooth and well-merchandised, take inventory, and continue records.
  • Implement company asset safety strategies to perceive and reduce earnings loss.
• Data Entry and Inventory Management:
  • Test in and fee products as required or as directed by Store Manager or communicated by Shift Leader.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory rotation using the first-in, first-out technique.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support in the photo location, including suggestive selling of promotional photo merchandise.
  • Assume net pick-up obligations, including monitoring orders and filling orders.
  • Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and look.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with blithequark.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
