Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls and addressing questions related to prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
- Providing solutions to simplify our members' healthcare experiences
- Utilizing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve member inquiries and concerns
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans and related policies
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer support setting
- Computer literacy to navigate through internal and external PC systems
- Ability to complete approximately 6-8 weeks of continuous paid training
Preferred Qualifications
