**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary focus will be on creating a seamless and memorable experience for our customers, from the moment they arrive at the Centurion Parlor to the moment they depart. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Welcome and Greet**: Greet Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
* **Client First**: Utilize the Client First approach to address customer needs and expectations, providing proactive solutions and recommendations.
* **Issue Resolution**: Effectively resolve customer issues or concerns, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer loyalty.
* **Travel and Lifestyle Services**: Provide expert travel and lifestyle services, including travel discussion and reservation assistance.
* **Food and Beverage Partnerships**: Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members.
* **Teamwork and Adaptability**: Work effectively with your team to ensure seamless service delivery, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Graduate Degree**: A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
* **Travel Industry Experience**: Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* **Proactive Problem-Solving**: The ability to think critically and proactively solve customer issues.
* **Teamwork and Adaptability**: A strong team player with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
