**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Banker (Float), you'll be part of our Branch Resource Team, supporting a defined group of branches in our Branch Network. You'll travel between your assigned branches and our work location, which may change daily. This role requires reliable transportation to facilitate working in multiple branches. You'll engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, and be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions
* Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services
* Serve in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily while providing exemplary customer service
* Effectively resolve customer issues
* Strong comfort level with technology and educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) so they can bank more conveniently and better manage their money
* Proficient in consumer deposit products
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships pursuant to OCR guidelines
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory-related policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
* 1 year of banking experience

* Experience in sales and customer service in a financial institution or related industry
* Strong knowledge of consumer deposit products and services
* Proven track record of growing customer relationships and driving business growth
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
