**Apprenticeship Role: Customer Experience Apprentice**
Our apprentice program is a 12-24 month program that combines on-the-job training with education and mentorship. As a Customer Experience Apprentice, you will work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate between $18.50/hr. Benefits are also available. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience in customer service and claims processing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist internal and external customers with inquiries related to insurance claims and policy information
* Investigate and resolve customer requests of basic complexity under general supervision
* Maintain and report daily work conditions based on business unit needs
* Identify and escalate system and/or policy issues as needed
* Support system and application testing to improve efficiency and user experience
* Receive and respond to written and verbal communication from internal and external business partners
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or other relevant fields
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers
* Problem-solving mindset to assess and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
* Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer needs
* Basic technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
