- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform

- Collaborating with IT and other agencies to align on tech needs and implementations
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
- Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
- Leading training sessions to up-skill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product enhancements and workarounds
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience
- Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information
- Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
