Our call center is open every day from 7 am to 9 pm, and the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
• Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A high school graduation or its equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
• Proficiency in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
• Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service.
• A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
