**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery. Your daily tasks will include:
* Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with customers to resolve delivery-related issues
* Researching and resolving problems to ensure timely delivery of packages
* Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system
* Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
* Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
* Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will need:
* The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
* Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
* Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
* Reliable internet connection
* Reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
