**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to ensure a positive experience for every user.
* Develop a deep understanding of the Vetcove platform and its features to provide accurate and helpful information to our users.
* Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to gather feedback, share insights, and contribute to the evolution of our platform.
* Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment.
* 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
