**Job Description**
As a Content & Repertoire Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for preparing music data for release with our record labels, music publishing, and more. This involves inputting music into our distribution sites, collecting relevant information, and ensuring accurate metadata and proofreading packaging for placement. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in this role, as you'll be working with various databases, including the Harry Fox Agency and Performance Rights Society.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in adding credits for songs, including artist and songwriter credits
* Transcribe, review, edit, and add lyrics to music tracks
* Assist in adding information needed for music publishing, utilizing databases such as the Harry Fox Agency and Performance Rights Society
* Create, assign, and place ISRC codes for each song in the repertoire system
* Place and review credits on preliminary and final album packaging artwork
* Collaborate with the music publishing team to ensure accurate and timely data entry
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in the music industry
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Familiarity with music industry databases and software, such as the Harry Fox Agency and Performance Rights Society
