Job Overview

As a Software Engineer - CXone - Cloud Contact Center, you will be responsible for driving the success of our cloud contact center platforms, leveraging your expertise in IVR, ACD, and CXone Studio scripting. You will work closely with other software engineers, project managers, and team members to design and develop innovative products and features, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems and other cloud telephony platforms.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and certifications. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus of up to 5% (Engineer) and up to 10% (Sr. Engineer). Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
