Key Responsibilities
- Answer requests and issues from clients regarding various complex financial products and services through multiple channels, including phone, email, and other requests
- Provide support to the field with inquiries on Elective Speculation products, project work, and education on alternatives
- Offer assistance to internal and external clients in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support
- Receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined boundaries while developing an understanding of relevant policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Act as a primary support person for clients and internal partners, supporting client services
- Provide information to managers and internal and external clients to resolve consultant issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 6+ years of client support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to answer phones in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to consult, build, and maintain strong working relationships within and beyond the immediate division
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing business needs
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- 6+ months of experience working within the Investment Contact Center and/or financial services
- Experience working in Alternative Investments
- Ability to investigate and resolve client issues
