This is a 6-month contract position, and the successful candidate will be working remotely, operating on Central Standard Time (CST) hours. The standard working hours for this role are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with two 15-minute breaks throughout the day. As a call center customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to their queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders, quotes, and assist team members with their workload, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
- Utilize SAP for data entry and quoting, leveraging your expertise to efficiently manage customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365.
