**Qualifications and Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 24 months of experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and multi-line phone systems
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
