**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
* Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
* Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team
* Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

**What We're Looking For**

* **Experience**: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese using our chat feature.
* **Aptitude for Learning**: You'll need to be able to learn quickly and adapt to our user journey and feedback. You'll also need to synthesize common feedback to help the team prioritize bugs and improvements.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong fluency in English and bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support
* Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk
* Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus
* Reliable internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer that can reliably connect to the web
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Fluency in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog
* Experience with customer support software and tools
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
