As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing team leaders and sales specialists to achieve exceptional customer experiences and sales results. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a direct staff of Team Managers and individual contributors to achieve sales and customer experience goals
• Work cross-functionally with Retail Contact Center management, global partners, and internal stakeholders on initiatives to improve aspects of the business
• Collaborate with Vendor Management, Merchants, and Training teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently and effectively
• Drive operational improvements, identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, share best practices, and pursue action on progress opportunities
• Execute on leadership and administrative tasks such as holding staff meetings, conducting regular one-on-one's, talent development, performance management, and defining goals and expectations for direct staff
• Drive understanding of staff and expert needs based on employee feedback and identify potential ways to improve employee satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer care/support environment
• Minimum 2 years of direct people and organizational leadership experience
• Experience in driving, training, promoting, developing managers or leaders is essential
• Knowledge of ACD reports, Workforce Management, and other key disciplines associated with managing a large-scale call center
• Experience with co-business liked and ability to quickly understand customer impact of issues and identify potential solutions
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong thinking abilities and savvy instinct
• Experience establishing and documenting advanced efficiencies in workflow and system processes
• Ability to clearly define objectives, communicate vision for the team, and then deliver results consistent with that message
• Experience with SAP, spreadsheet management, and Featured discussion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid work ethic with a high level of flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
