Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Analyst, Leisure Products to contribute extensively to our Product Improvement team. As a scientific resource for leisure product drives, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and enhancing pricing models, ensuring accuracy, and producing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reporting for Leisure Products. Your expertise will help us optimize our pricing strategy, improve revenue, and deliver a remarkable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pricing, including mark-ups and limits, to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Develop and improve current and new pricing models to drive business growth
- Support and lead new product initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reporting for Leisure Products, including analysis and insights
- Monitor and analyze leisure product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Conduct detailed competitive research using various sources to inform business decisions
- Perform ad-hoc research and analysis as requested by management
- Develop, maintain, and update the Product Improvement reporting suite to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Establish and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Avis and Budget, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in a related field, such as data analysis, pricing strategy, or product development
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in the airline or hospitality industry is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the leisure travel market
