**Role Overview**
As our AI Chatbot Builder, you'll be responsible for creating, training, and deploying chatbots that qualify leads, answer questions, and drive users to take high-value actions like booking a call or submitting a form. You'll work closely with our marketing strategists, content creators, and clients to understand the ideal customer journey, then design a chatbot experience that feels natural, helpful, and on-brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and build AI chatbots using Chatbase, Relevance.ai, or similar no-code platforms
* Upload and structure knowledge bases (web pages, PDFs, custom docs)
* Create clear, strategic prompt flows for lead qualification and conversion
* Customize tone, branding, and conversational logic for each client
* Integrate call booking links (e.g. Calendly), forms, or CRMs where needed
* Test chatbot performance and iterate based on feedback and data
* Stay up to date with the latest in GPT-powered tools and conversation design
**Required Skills & Experience**
* Proven experience with no-code AI tools (Chatbase, Relevance.ai, CustomGPT, etc.)
* Strong understanding of prompt engineering and conversation flow
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing funnels and lead generation principles
* Excellent written communication skills
* Comfortable working autonomously and meeting deadlines
