- Establish the process of Pharmacy Manager in staff performance by coaching, providing feedback, and encouraging colleague development
Training and Self-Awareness
- Maintain current knowledge and required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by government and state regulations
- Stay up-to-date with pharmacy and healthcare developments by reading pharmacy-related journals, company publications, and communications
- Acquire vital certifications, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as required by the Company
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of data entry software
