Job Summary
We're seeking an Entry Level Behavior Technician to join our team in Owasso, OK. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in a center-based or home-based setting, utilizing therapeutic techniques to reinforce positive behavior and track client progress. This is a part-time position with a competitive pay rate of up to $16.50/hour for clinical work, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with children with autism in a center-based or home-based setting, implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Reinforce positive behavior utilizing therapeutic techniques learned in our industry-leading training program.
- Track client progress and growth by keeping electronic health data on a company-provided iPad.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the ABA team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve client goals.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with autism or in a related field (e.g., camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, childcare volunteer).
- Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or in a related role.
- Knowledge of ABA techniques and strategies.
