Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in a center-based or home-based setting, providing personalized support and care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, using electronic health data systems on a company-provided iPad.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other support staff, to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in conjunction with our clinical team, to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide feedback and support to clients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
