Description
The EHS Counsel will support the Enterprise Supply Chain function by providing guidance and advice on global business and supply chain legal issues. This role involves supporting the global procurement team through drafting and negotiation of procurement agreements, as well as maintaining standardized templates and playbooks. Additionally, you will advise, assess, and train internal clients on compliance with health and safety-related laws and regulations, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act and similar federal, state, and local requirements around the globe, in conjunction with internal health and safety standards and policies.
