Collaborate with the moderation team to develop best practices for content moderation and user engagement. ? Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media guidelines. ? Analyze user interactions and gather feedback to enhance community management strategies. Requirements ? Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is also essential. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English. ? Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous. ? Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their community standards. ? Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. ?
