This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, New York (USA) Responsibilities... Job Description ? Providing exceptional IT Services to employees ? Installing and supporting Windows and Mac based hardware and software (including peripheral devices such as printers and USB devices) ? Responding to support requests on a daily basis ? Performing analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems for a variety of end users ? Documenting and maintaining an inventory of all computing equipment including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment ? Provides assistance and training to other Helpdesk staff in solving more complex user problems. Escalates issues to more experienced staff or management if needed. ? Build and deploy new desktops and laptops ? May assist in coordinating Helpdesk staff activities related to larger projects as required by IT management ?
