The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ETL solutions to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. Required Qualifications: ??Bachelor?? degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ??4-5 years of experience with IBM Infosphere DataStage development. ??Strong experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts. ??Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, DB2, SQL Server). ??Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs. ??Familiarity with job scheduling tools and version control systems. ??Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ??Strong communication and collaboration skills. ??Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
