' Collaborate with the engineering team to improve data infrastructure and ensure data accuracy and completeness. ' Lead the automation of recurring reports and deep-dive analyses to provide ongoing visibility into product metrics. Qualifications: ' Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. ' 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a strong focus on software products or technology. ' Proficiency with Amplitude and other product analytics tools. ' Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for querying and manipulating large datasets. ' Strong experience with Tableau and/or Looker for building and maintaining high-quality data visualizations and dashboards. ' Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations. ' Experience automating data collection, reporting, and dashboard generation. ' Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to measure product performance. ' Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ' Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
