The Role: Tribe Support & Sales Lead
As the Tribe Support & Sales Lead, you will be the linchpin of our member experience, serving as the primary point of contact for our community and driving sales efforts to ensure our Chapters are always fully booked. This is a hands-on role that demands exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be the voice of blithequark and the voice of our members, championing their concerns and perspectives across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Tribe Support department, ensuring seamless email communication with our community and driving process improvements.
- Champion member success by providing personalized support, guidance, and troubleshooting to help them navigate their journey with blithequark.
- Collaborate with our Admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members, leveraging your natural sales talent to encourage accepted applicants to join our community.
- Develop and maintain member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications to keep our community informed about important updates and initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities for growth and improvement, documenting processes and implementing changes to optimize our support team's performance.
Who You Are
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support & Sales Lead who embodies our company values and is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences. You have a proven track record in customer success management and sales, with a talent for written communication and a keen eye for detail.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in a sales role, with a natural talent for understanding customer needs and emotions.
- Impeccable grammar and eloquent written English, with the ability to craft compelling communications that drive engagement.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic design skills and comfort with design tools to create visually appealing documents and communications.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- A passion for community-building and a deep understanding of the remote work landscape.
