Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing high-quality support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Taking ownership of customer issues: Follow problems through to resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need and that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborating with supervisors and shift leads: Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction, a productive work environment, and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Use strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at Gabb Wireless, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer support experience: Preferably in a technology product or service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace: A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions, with reliable internet and equipment.
- Exceptional communication skills: The ability to react quickly and professionally when speaking with customers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills: The ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Enthusiastic and can-do attitude: A positive, enthusiastic attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer.
Preferred Qualifications

We're offering two shift options:
- Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 7 pm
