Key Responsibilities: ??Handle incoming calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. ??Provide knowledgeable support regarding Medicare Part D plans and insurance-related inquiries. ??Act as a liaison between members, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers. ??Investigate and resolve claim issues and prescription problems efficiently. ??Accurately document interactions and follow-ups in our systems. ??Navigate databases and relevant websites to retrieve and input information. ??Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve complex member concerns. ??Complete required compliance training to meet regulatory standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: ??Prior customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting. ??Clear verbal and written communication skills. ??Knowledge of insurance terminology, especially Medicare Part D. ??Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. ??Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. ??Patience, empathy, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. ??Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
