Job Summary

We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our inbound phone team in Evansdale, IA. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with Sales team members and other stakeholders to resolve customer challenges and provide solutions.
• Use computer software and multiple programs to manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues.
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credits, and implement return procedures as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
• A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
• Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.80, with three automatic raises in 12 months, bringing your pay to $17.00/hour. Our benefits package includes:
