Your Role: Making a Tangible Impact
As a Remote Call Center Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing knowledgeable and empathetic support to individuals navigating complex health and human services systems. Key Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve client issues, updating account history, and following up to ensure inquiries are fully resolved.
- Meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production targets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborating with team members, management, and clients to resolve inquiries, share knowledge, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Reviewing and recommending enhancements to procedures and workflows to drive efficiency, reduce friction, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
