Key Responsibilities
- Member Outreach: Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls to members seeking assistance with social determinants of health, ensuring each interaction is compassionate, respectful, and solution‑focused.
- Resource Identification: Research, verify, and provide accurate information about local community resources—including food banks, housing assistance, transportation services, and Medicaid enrollment support.
- Case Management: Document member interactions, follow‑up actions, and outcomes in arenaflex’s CRM system, maintaining meticulous records for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Bilingual Support: Use certified language skills to assist Spanish‑speaking members, translating information and ensuring cultural sensitivity throughout every call.
- Problem Solving: Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot barriers members face, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer‑service or service‑industry role with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Strong computer proficiency, including fast typing, adeptness at multitasking across multiple applications, and comfort navigating Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliable, high‑speed internet connection with the capability to hard‑wire via Ethernet for uninterrupted service.
