Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with accurate and timely pricing and delivery information, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
- Create and process customer quotations and orders in our ERP system (IFS), ensuring efficient and error-free order fulfillment.
- Send customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices, maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the order process.
- Expedite customer orders and handle customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure seamless customer interactions and order fulfillment, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proficient computer experience, with a strong understanding of software applications and ERP systems (IFS experience preferred).
