We are looking for a legal content editor to review SEO blog posts for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
Our blog publishes informational legal content for consumers. Articles are typically 1,200–2,000 words and written by SEO writers. We need someone who can review drafts and ensure they are legally accurate, easy to understand, and appropriately worded for a general audience.
This is ongoing work if the collaboration goes well.
Responsibilities:
Review blog posts for legal accuracy and potential misstatements
Edit for clarity, grammar, and readability
Ensure content avoids misleading legal claims
Maintain SEO structure (headings, keywords, etc.)
Flag sections that require clarification or legal nuance
Suggest small improvements where needed
Requirements:
Background in law, paralegal work, legal writing, or legal editing
Experience editing consumer-facing legal content
Strong English editing skills
Familiarity with SEO blog formatting
Ability to deliver clear comments and edits
