About the Role: Customer Care Associate

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Associate to join our team in Plano, Texas. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the frontline representative of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers. Schedule and Availability

The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00 am CT to 7:00 pm (Central Time), with potential Saturday morning shifts (rotating) from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (Central Time). Shift times may be adjusted based on client requirements, and overtime may be required based on business needs.
