Content Strategist, Editorial Coordinator

Job Description: • Design and maintain the editorial strategy (pillars, audiences, messages, formats) aligned with business objectives. • Translate strategy into execution: schedule content, create briefs, coordinate production, edit, and ensure timely publication. • Build content journeys by user stage (nurturing, onboarding, reactivation) and coordinate their implementation. • Create and adapt content across multiple formats: blog/SEO, email/newsletter, social media, scripts for video (short and long). • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to turn real user insights into actionable content. • Measure and optimize: analyze performance by channel and asset, propose hypotheses, test improvements (hooks, subject lines, CTAs, formats), and refine the plan. • Ensure editorial standards: tone, clarity, and sensitivity around emotional well-being; maintain guidelines, templates, and a CTA library. • Coordinate writers/freelancers as needed. Requirements: • 3–5+ years in content roles with direct responsibility for impact (growth, conversion, retention, or equivalent metrics). • Impeccable writing and editing in neutral Spanish; ability to simplify sensitive topics with sound judgment. • Experience connecting content to data: reading performance, making metric-driven decisions, and iterating. • Ability to work autonomously: organization, prioritization, calendar management, meeting deadlines, and coordinating multiple stakeholders. • Experience creating and adapting multi-format content (blog → email → carousel → reel → script). • Solid on-page SEO skills. • Tools: GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush (or similar). • Video scripting focused on retention (hooks, structure, pacing). • Reading-level English for research and source verification.
