Content Creator & Videographer (Part-Time) San José, CA | Bay Area Part-Time (approx. 15-20 hrs/week) La Fábrica de Ideas is a creative marketing agency founded by Colombians and based in San José, California, helping businesses transform into memorable brands through strategic content, storytelling, and digital marketing. As we continue growing our operations in the Bay Area, we are looking for a Content Creator & Videographer to support the production of social media content for multiple clients. This is a part-time role (around 15-20 hours per week) that involves recording content on location throughout the Bay Area. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and comfortable working with clients while producing engaging social media content. What you’ll be doing • Capture video content for social media (primarily vertical formats such as Reels, TikTok, Shorts) • Support content production for different clients across industries • Record b-roll and key moments during production sessions • Execute content ideas designed by the strategy team • Adapt recordings for multi-format social media distribution • Collaborate with our Project Manager and creative team to execute production schedules • Travel to different locations across the Bay Area for content shoots What we’re looking for • Experience creating video content for social media • Strong visual sense and attention to detail • Understanding of short-form video formats and social media trends • Ability to work across multiple projects and clients • Fluent Spanish and English • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Bay Area • Legal authorization to work in the United States Equipment No equipment required. We provide cameras and production tools. If you own your own gear (camera, microphones, lighting, etc.), that’s a plus.
