Overview Daybreak Health is building the leading digital mental health system for youth, aiming to create a world where every young person benefits from mental health support. In Short ? Position as Community Outreach Liaison to promote therapeutic care. ? Work primarily in the Los Angeles community. ? Conduct school-based presentations and build relationships with stakeholders. ? Coordinate outreach activities and track their efficacy. ? Provide support to families and students for onboarding. ? Meet established enrollment targets. ? Document activities and participate in weekly meetings. ? Collaborate on districtwide plans with account management and marketing. ? Work remotely with some travel required. ? Flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Requirements ? Must live in Los Angeles and travel to school sites. ? Experience in community outreach or referral management. ? Excellent communication and public speaking skills. ? General computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce. ? Ability to work autonomously and take initiative. ? High ethical standards and willingness to work flexible hours. ? Passion for youth mental health. ? Experience in case management or behavioral health is a plus. ?
