Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is an award-winning firm providing business insurance and employee benefits solutions. They are seeking a Client Representative on the Business Insurance Surety team to manage client relationships, handle surety transactions, and support the Client Executive team.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Producers, Client Executives, and clients to service and retain our existing & new book of business
- Handle both contract and commercial surety transactions, including marketing and placing new and renewal bonds, and processing cancellations, riders, endorsements, and reinstatements for existing accounts
- Manage daily service activities and urgent requests from multiple channels, monitor the bonds inbox, delegate and escalate as appropriate, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Responsible for billing new and renewal business, proactively following up on payments and resolving accounting issues for bonds as they arise
- Support projects assigned by the Client Executive team as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
- Ability to assist with managing a book of business and to develop relationships to retain accounts
- Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills
- Be organized and meet deadlines
- Ability to provide ongoing support for team members and colleagues
- Property/casualty license or ability to attain is required
- College degree preferred
