We are building a modern, process-driven operation designed to scale — and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.
-The Role-
We are seeking a Client Operations Manager who will work directly alongside our CEO (Taylor Nowak) to help manage and optimize day-to-day operations.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is organized, proactive, and takes ownership. You will play a key part in ensuring our clients, partners, and internal team operate efficiently and at a high level.
This is not just a job — this is a growth position with a clear path into leadership.
-Key Responsibilities-
• Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
• Work directly with clients, loan officers, and real estate partners to ensure smooth transactions
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and client communication
• Support the quoting and binding process to maintain fast turnaround times
• Maintain accurate and organized client records within our systems
• Identify inefficiencies and help improve internal processes
• Assist the CEO with operational initiatives and team coordination
• Help ensure a high-level client experience across all touchpoints

• Active Missouri Property & Casualty License (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• OR
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
